The New England Center, located on the University of New Hampshire’s campus, is a special and unique conference facility. Designed by William Pereira, a Frank Lloyd Wright visionary, Pereira and Associates is also famous for the design and construction of the Transamerica building in San Francisco. When Pereira saw the New England Center building site, 10-pristine wooded acres studded with glacial boulders, he wanted to preserve it by situating a conference center and hotel that would be in harmony with nature and offer a serene and focused executive learning environment.
The floor to ceiling windows provide natural shaded light and offer spectacular views throughout every season. There are no box-shaped meeting rooms; instead all rooms provide angles, interest, and are fully equipped with the latest technology.
The New England Center Hotel’s distinctive ‘tree-top living’ offers down-time relaxation with rooms that are situated within towering pine trees. And Acorns Restaurant, Café and Lounge – also located on-site - has been rated by Boston’s own Phantom Gourmet as one of the top 100 restaurants in New England.
The ‘Center’ is centrally located to New Hampshire’s famous and scenic destinations including the White Mountains, the New Hampshire & Maine Seacoast, outlet shopping and more. No matter what time of year, the New England Center provides a unique conference and meeting destination.
